Wash and securely package your clothing or fabrics. Complete our Memory Instruction Sheet with personalization details, and mail your items to:

3. Personalization & Approval
Add names, dates, quotes, or custom embroidery. We may send photos for approval to ensure your keepsake matches your vision.
4. Handcrafted with Care
Our artisans cut, piece, and sew every keepsake in a smoke-free, pet-free environment, creating a durable, heirloom-quality item.
5. Delivered to You
Most keepsakes ship in 3–4 weeks (6–8 weeks during holidays). Rush options are available. Your memory keepsake is ready to display, gift, or cuddle, a lasting reminder of cherished moments.
