What types of clothing can be used?
Most uniforms or service apparel can be used, including:

Best fabrics: cotton, polyester, flannel, fleece, and knit blends.
Not recommended: fragile lace, sheer material, sequins, or heavily beaded fabrics.

Can multiple garments be used in one pillow?
Yes! Multiple items can be combined to create a patchwork design. For this option, please see our Patchwork Memory Pillow, which allows portions of several garments to be used in a single pillow.
How are collars, buttons, and badges handled?
Collars, buttons, and insignias are typically left intact unless requested otherwise.
Pillows may include a zipper or lapped envelope back for easy removal of the pillow insert for cleaning.
Can text be embroidered?
Yes! Names, ranks, years of service, or custom phrases can be embroidered for an additional fee. Thread colors are selected to complement the uniform. Please provide exact wording in your order notes.
