The memory puppy sprawls out to approximately 18” wide when finished, giving it a soft, cuddly presence that feels natural to hold, rest on a bed, or display in a special place. It can be made from a variety of meaningful garments such as shirts, pajamas, baby clothes, blankets, or other sewable fabrics.
Each puppy is created with care in our smoke-free and pet-free workspace. Coordinating button eyes are hand sewn, so this keepsake is not intended as a toy for young children, but rather as a memorial or display piece where gentle cuddling is still encouraged.
Optional personalization allows you to add a name, dates, or a short poem, making each memory puppy truly unique. Many families choose this keepsake as a sympathy gift, bereavement memorial, or comforting reminder of someone who is deeply missed.

Once your items are received, production will begin. Most puppies are completed within 6–8 weeks. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Common Questions About Memory Puppies
What can a memory puppy be made from?
Memory puppies can be created from shirts, pants, dresses, pajamas, blankets, onesies, or similar fabrics such as cotton, flannel, fleece, and knits. Non-ideal materials include sheer fabrics, fragile lace, or heavily beaded items. Please wash all items before sending.
How much clothing is needed?
• Small to medium adult clothing: 2 items
• Large adult clothing: 1 item
• Baby, toddler, or small garments: 4–5 items
(Additional coordinating fabric may be used if needed.)
Can multiple clothing items be used?
Yes. Multiple garments can be combined into one puppy. Accent areas commonly include the face, ears, body panels, and feet.
Can personalization be added?
Yes. Optional embroidery is available for names, dates, or short phrases. Common placements include the ear, arm, or foot.
A poem patch can also be added to the belly. The standard poem reads:
“This is a shirt I used to wear. Whenever you hold it know that I am near.”
Custom wording is welcome.
What is the puppy stuffed with?
All memory puppies are filled with new 100% polyester Poly-fil batting.
