I requested a word removal and add-on to a jacket. When dropping it off, I went over how I wanted one of the letters to remain on the jacket since this was being passed down to us, and the new letters that would be added should look different than the one that remained. I checked on the status of the order three times over several weeks and it was never ready. When it finally was - after two months, I picked it up and it was incorrect. They said it would be fixed the next day as we needed it and when I went to get it, it was still wrong. I paid for a lot of disappointment.
